Beach handball brings the fun, flair, and fast-paced excitement of the game to the sand, with weekly trainings held at Tomahawk Beach throughout the summer months (practice times vary with the tides).

Our travelling teams compete at the New Zealand Beach Handball Championships, with a strong focus on growing beach handball both locally and nationally. Our philosophy is simple: enjoyment breeds success – by developing skills, building confidence, and providing regular high-quality national camps and competitive games, we’re helping shape Aotearoa into a future force on the world beach handball stage.
